A wedding stationery business, without the press
Every guest at a wedding holds the stationery in their hands. Couples spend months choosing it — save the dates, invitations, information cards, orders of the day, menus, place cards, table plans, welcome signs. It is personal, and it is bought from a person far more often than from a website.
Paper Meadows already does the difficult half. Eleven design ranges, more than forty designs, eleven luxury papers, all printed, foiled and hand finished in our own studio in Fordingbridge.
You take an exclusive county territory, look after the brides and grooms in it, and we make everything you sell. No joining fee, no press to buy, no stock to fund, no minimum order and no royalty. You buy at 20% below our published prices and you decide what to charge.

How it works
Six steps, and you only handle two of them

The couple finds you
Through your network, your venues, a wedding fair, social media or the Paper Meadows site, which lists you as the territory holder for your county.

You sit down with them
Out come your samples. You talk them through the ranges, papers, foiling and wording. This is the part that wins the order.

You place the order
Through your ordering account, at 20% below list. Quantities, stock, size, envelopes, foiling and the wording all go in one place.

We proof it
Our studio sets the artwork and sends a digital proof. You check it, the couple signs it off. Nothing prints until it is approved.

We print and finish it
Printed, foiled, cut, folded and hand finished in Fordingbridge, packed and dispatched.

It arrives
To you or straight to the couple, in plain or Paper Meadows packaging — then you go back for the invitations, the on-the-day items and the signage.
What you earn
Twenty per cent off everything you order
No fee to join, no royalty, no monthly charge. Your income is the difference between what you pay us and what you charge the couple. Sell at our published price and you keep the 20%; charge more for your time and you keep the difference on top.

Your county, exclusively
One holder per county. We will not appoint anybody else in yours or undercut you in it. Enquiries from your area come to you.
A full sample set
Printed samples across the ranges, swatches of all eleven stocks and foiling examples, supplied when you join.
Training
A full induction with our studio team — ranges, papers, print processes, sizes, wording, quoting and reading a proof. At Fordingbridge or online.
Your ordering account
Trade pricing applied automatically at 20% below list, with order history, proofs and dispatch tracking in one place.
Artwork and studio support
Our designers set every order and produce the proof. Bespoke requests go to the same team. You never open design software.
Marketing pack
Product photography, social templates, range imagery and price list, branded and ready to use in your territory.
Listed on the website
Your name and contact details on the Paper Meadows site as the territory holder for your county.
Somebody to ring
A named contact in the studio for quotes, awkward requests and anything urgent. You are not on a ticket queue.

Territories
Sixty seven counties still unclaimed
Territories are allocated one to a county, first come. Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire are held by the studio because that is the patch our own team covers — everything else is open. Greater London and the larger metropolitan counties can be split by borough or district, and if your natural patch crosses a county line, tell us and we will look at it sensibly.

Questions we get asked
Is there really no fee?
No joining fee, no licence, no royalty. We make our money when you place orders, so we would rather you spent yours on samples and marketing.
Do I have to do this full time?
No. Most territory holders start alongside something else. We ask that you work the territory rather than sit on it, but the hours are yours.
Who owns the customer?
You do. You quote them, you invoice them, you keep the relationship. We do not sell around you in your county.
What if a couple orders directly from the website?
Orders that come to us from your territory are passed to you and credited to you.
What if something prints wrong?
If the fault is ours we reprint at our cost. If the couple signed off a proof with the wrong date, that is a reprint at your cost — which is why the proof stage matters.
Do I need design skills?
No. Our studio sets every order. You need to be good with people, organised with detail and able to spot a typo.
How quickly can I start?
Once your territory is agreed we can usually get you trained and sampled within a fortnight.
Can I take more than one county?
Yes, if you can genuinely cover them. We would rather one person did two counties well than four badly.
